Use of sauna, locker rooms, showers, and other amenities is at your own risk. Users are responsible for monitoring their own health and safety while using these facilities.

By purchasing any membership, class pack, or service, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting Valora Fitness to resolve the issue. In the event of a chargeback or disputed payment:
• You remain responsible for all amounts owed
• Valora Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services
• You agree to reimburse Valora Fitness for any fees, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of the dispute, including administrative and processing fees
